Where are generated PDFs stored in WordPress?
I want to know where WordPress stores generated PDF files. I’m trying to locate them in the file system or media library for access, download, or management.
In WPF Ultra Addons, generated PDFs can be managed in different ways depending on your settings.
By default, PDFs are stored in the WordPress server under:
/wp-content/uploads/ (usually inside a plugin-specific folder)
You can access and manage them from WPForms entries or the plugin dashboard where submissions are saved.
For download, each entry typically provides a direct file link so you can download the PDF anytime from the admin panel.
If Google Drive Integration is enabled, the PDFs are automatically stored in your connected Google Drive instead of your server, and you can manage/download them directly from Drive.
If “Save to Media Library” is enabled, PDFs will also be available in:
Media → Library, where you can easily download, view, or manage them like any other file.
